Firearms are securely stored with our FFL partners, not on LL Auction premises.

Buyers are responsible for inspecting firearms prior to use; LL Auctions is not liable for unchecked items.

Mandatory Requirements
Invoice
A paid-in-full invoice is required for firearm pick-up – no exceptions.
Driver’s License
A valid driver's license matching the invoice name is needed for the FFL paperwork and background check.
Transfer Fee
A $40 FFL transfer fee is due at pick-up; $25 for LTC holders.
Abandonment
Firearms unclaimed after 7 days will be considered abandoned.
Shipping Arrangements
Direct Contact
Discuss shipping fees and arrangements directly with 3RD COAST ORDNANCE.
Shipping Compliance
Firearms can only be shipped to another FFL dealer.
Legal Acknowledgment

Contact 3RD COAST ORDNANCE, LLC. to schedule your pick-up or discuss shipping options.
Complete Transfer
Bring your valid driver's license and paid invoice to complete the FFL paperwork and background check.
Pay Fee
Be prepared to pay the FFL transfer fee at the time of pick-up.
