Location

Firearms must be picked up or shipped from within 7 days after the auction closes.

Mandatory Requirements

Invoice

A paid-in-full invoice is required for firearm pick-up – no exceptions.

Driver’s License

A valid driver's license matching the invoice name is needed for the FFL paperwork and background check.

Transfer Fee

A $40 FFL transfer fee is due at pick-up; $25 for LTC holders.

Abandonment

Firearms unclaimed after 7 days will be considered abandoned.

Shipping Compliance

No Refund Policy

  • If you're prohibited from owning a firearm or fail the background check, please refrain from bidding.

Registration Name

The firearm will be registered under the name of the registered bidder, as per legal requirements.

What's Next?

Once you've won a firearm in our auction, please follow these steps:

Schedule Appointment

Contact 3RD COAST ORDNANCE, LLC. to schedule your pick-up or discuss shipping options.

Complete Transfer

Bring your valid driver's license and paid invoice to complete the FFL paperwork and background check.

Pay Fee

Be prepared to pay the FFL transfer fee at the time of pick-up.

Follow-Up

Ensure you have arranged for any necessary shipping or pick-up within the 7-day timeframe to avoid abandonment.
