We are CLOSED on SATURDAYS and Sundays!
To allow our team time with their families, we are closed Saturday and Sunday.
We are CLOSED to the Public before 11 am.
This time allows our team to prepare pickup orders & process upcoming auctions without interruptions.
We are CLOSED to the Public 3 PM- 6PM
Our team leaves during this time and returns at 6 PM to provide after-work pickup availability.
If you arrive before 6 PM, the warehouse may be locked and unattended.
Schedule an Item Pick-up
Everything you need to know about scheduling your pickup appointment.
Our appointment system helps us prepare orders in advance, reduce wait times, and keep pickups running smoothly for everyone.
Why are Appointments Required?
​To improve efficiency and reduces wait time if booked in advance.

Scheduling an appointment allows our team to:

pre-pull your winning items before you arrive

reduce wait times at the warehouse

improve order accuracy
-
properly track proof of pickup
-
create a clear reconciliation system for accounting purposes

prepare larger orders in advance

provide more weekday and evening availability

Please do not show up without an appt.

All Pickups are by appointment only

If you arrive without an appointment, you will be asked to book on before your items can be released.

If we are fully booked upon your arrival, you may be asked to return during the next available appointment window.
How to Create Your Booking Account
After selecting your appointment time, it will ask you to login
You will first need to register if you have not yet.
After Booking
The PENDING Pop-up Message
After you submit your appointment request,
you will see a pop-up message that says:
PENDING
This is normal and will happen every time.

Why?
All appointment requests are reviewed to make sure they fall within the allowed pickup window, which is: no later than the Tuesday following the close of the auction
​
Your appointment will be DENIED if you try to book beyond this window.

Why is there a pickup Deadline?
We have a limited number of appointment slots available each week.
​

Keeping pickup appointments within the designated window allows us to:
• keep appointment availability open for upcoming auctions
• ensure space is available for current winning bidders
• prevent scheduling delays for future pickups
• keep inventory organized and accounted for
• avoid storage overflow and misplaced items
• maintain an efficient workflow for our team

Can't Make It?
Please arrange for someone else to pick up your items before Tuesday following the close of the auction or your item(s) will be considered abandoned. Thank you

Why don't I see my appt under "Upcoming Bookings"?
If your appointment is still PENDING, it will NOT appear under "Upcoming Bookings" yet.

Again, appts will be DENIED if booked beyond the Tuesday following the close of the auction. And items will NOT be release without a booked appointment.

Once approved, your appt will show under "Upcoming Bookings"
