Directions: Items are located in climate control storage at Bay Colony Self Storage, 217 FM. 517 West, Dickinson Tx. 77539 From I-45 go South, exit FM 517(Dickinson exit), go right (west), you will pass a Sonic and an Amegy bank building. After the bank building, turn right into Bay Colony Storage, drive past the office, you will see a gate on the right and someone will be at the gate on preview date and pick up date to allow you access.

This is a multi-estate on-line only auction. Items have been moved into climate control storage.

Included in this auction are several more items from the Hammack family estate, as well as items from an estate in Sugarland and the first part of a complete liquidation of a large antique shop in Bryan Tx.

This is our annual 4th of July weekend auction at the historic Carmine Texas Dance Hall.

The hall is air conditioned and seating is provided. Items are from estates all across the great state of Texas. The old, the new and everything in between!

Glassware: Head Vases, W. Germany, Czech, Vaseline glass, Wedgwood, flowerfrogs, pink depression, Sabino,

"Guy Stuff": Guns, holsters, spurs, lures, reels, knives, tools.

Furniture: Glass showcase/display cases (all sizes), trunks, cedar chest, antique roll top desk, settee', country cupboards, sideboards, washstands, spool cabinet.

Other interesting items: Old Holmes butter churn on stand, Mercedes baby carriage (with orig. tag), large crystal chandelier, musical instruments, mannequins, life size John Wayne cardboard stand-up, crocks, jugs, dog figurines, Murray peddle tractor w/Trail Trac cart.
