you contract with LL Auctions to conduct the sale of your property at
auction you get instant results. Auctions can be conducted in a matter
of hours on a day of your choosing, there are usually very few unsold
items and no clean up for you to handle.
We take a very "hands on" approach and clean the merchandise; displaying the items to make them as attractive and interesting to buyers as possible, we handle tagging and inventory of each item as well as signage and provide a professional staff on auction day to assist buyers with their newfound treasures. You receive quick and concise payment and record of items sold. Estate or Property Analysis:
We would be more then happy to assist you in making a decision that you
feel good about. Our job is to make certain that you are comfortable with
the auction process when it comes to dispersing of items. We can meet
with you and answer any questions you might have in regards to the auction
method of marketing.
Pick up of auction items:
We can arrange to pick up an item or items that you would like to consign
to us for sale at auction. Please have as much information available when
you contact us in regards to item or types of items, or feel free to e
mail us a description or digital picture of what you would like for us
to auction for you.
Marketing and Promotional Strategies:
LL Auctions employees a professional graphics analyst to do ad layouts
and advertising materials to best promote each individual auction. We
have an extensive mailing list and research collector clubs, trade publications
and nationwide databases, to bring the best possible prospective bidders
to your auction. We post photos of items on our website and link our website
with other auction companies and with National and Texas Auction Associations.
We can provide for internet bidding, as well as absentee bidding.
On Premise Auction:
If you are uncertain if you have enough items for an on premise auction,
contact us(before anything is thrown away) and we will be happy to do
a quick walk through with you and determine if an on site auction at your
home or business is the right choice for you.
